Rawl’s Theory of Justice
           The principle of social justice has always been one of society’s main guiding principles. Among others, social justice aims to distribute both the social and economic forces in such a way that “those who have less in life, should have more in law” (Senate.Gov.Ph). However, the principle of social justice was not created to trample the rights of others. Rather, it is a way to make sure that everyone enjoys the fruits of his hard work without necessarily trampling on other people’s lives. Accordingly, the principle of social justice is aptly described in Rawl’s Theory of Justice. In this paper, I would like to show that despite Rawl’s straightforward conception of the ideal form of justice, achieving it is a very difficult task. Specifically, I believe that this is because of its inherent conflict with the very system itself. 
 
Justice and Society
           Rawl’s Theory of Justice revolves mainly around two principles. On the one hand, he believes that every person should enjoy the same amount of liberty that is compatible with one another’s liberty, and such should not be taken away from them (except for valid reasons). On the other hand, he believes that both social and economic disparities that exist between people should satisfy two basic conditions, which are; (1) there must be “fair equality of opportunity” and (2) those who have less should be the primary consideration (Stanford.Edu). Together, these two principles create an ideal sense of justice that is fair for everyone.
