Two-Eyed seeing was the guiding principle brought forward by Mi’kma’ki elders, which emphasizes the importance of viewing the world through both the western and the indigenous worldviews. This principle, in the future, is going to help Mi’kma’ki people to improve and develop in Education, especially in science, since its helpful when doing research (Knapp, 2013).
