The team is performing well in the following areas: - communication, participation, and conflict management. The first area, communication, is an important area the team is doing well. Nearly every member of the team has strong communication skills to interact with each other. During discussions, members are ready to listen to each other's opinions before making a decision. They are also prepared to offer guidance and assistance when necessary. Furthermore, the team always shares feedback with each other, and team members often receive the feedback constructively. Also, each member always feels confident when communicating with colleagues. In other words, effective information sharing has strengthened team performance, and this is one of the major areas the team is performing well.
