The Theme of Perseverance in Hidden Figures
The essay is about Hidden Figures written by Margot Lee Shetterly this book but not the movie, all the 9 sources should be the quotation from the book. The three body paragraphs are about Dorthy, Mary Jackson and Katherine in the book. The paragraph should show that how perseverance make them succeed, and three quotations per body paragraph. In the book Hidden Figures, Shetterly uses many settings to develop the theme perseverance and teaches that how can perseverance to help people be succeed. Dorthy stuck to be a supervisor, Mary Jackson entered Hampton High School through her own insistence and became the first female engineer, Katherine has contributed a lot of data to NASA with her own calculating ability and has become a character that can't be ignored in NASA history, although black women have been discriminated against because of their skin color at workplace, they have never given up and they have succeeded through their unremitting efforts.
