In this paper, I would analyze the problem of employees who are ignored at work due to disability. All over the United States, a significant number of disabled workers have been fired recently, and those who still have jobs are underpaid. The state and federal governments spend thousands of dollars every day on the wellbeing of these individuals. According to the Equality Act of 2010, a person is called disabled if he has a mental or physical impairment that has long-term adverse effects on his ability to do work every day. I am willing to highlight the problems disabled people might have to face if they are not provided with well-paying jobs.
