Obesity in children has increased a lot in the pasted 20 years or so, and every year it seems to go higher and higher. This happens when the child is above the typical weight for age and height. Childhood obesity is a severe medical condition that affects both children and young adults. Obesity in children is a worldwide issue, and people overlook that. With the increase of new restaurants and fast food places on every corner, many people are getting obese, especially among the younger generation; on the other hand, lack of proper medical treatments will severely affect their health conditions. However, no matter what part of the world you live in, with some simple steps, you can prevent your child from getting obese or help your child lose weight. Providing the children with a healthy meal plan, 60 minutes of physical activity, and a healthier lifestyle could solve the problem of childhood obesity.

As expected, this high cost of health management has had numerous detrimental effects on individuals.
