Panic attack is a common disorder among young people and it is manifested in various ways. Panic attack refers to a sudden surge of intense fear and anxiety (WebMD, 2015). In this regard, panic attack can be manifested through nausea, loss of breath, tears, and shaking. It can occur without any particular reason or can be activated by stressful situations. Panic attack has varied negative impacts on people’s daily lives. It can make people to feel uncomfortable while in the social settings and even make others to lose their ability in performing daily attacks. This research paper seeks to provide a reaction to the MTV True Life: I Panic documentary and examine the environmental triggers of panic disorders in the individuals portrayed and these individuals try to cope with their panic disorders.
