Community ties play significant roles in the innovative ways of life. The entire globe is going through transitions, and fitting in is not as comfortable as people may believe. Although the new world might have various advantages, such as improved living standards, the community ties hold their position in protecting people by ensuring every engagement is right and secure. In this case, community ties played vital roles in protecting Glückel and her family. The setting would not have survived the verge of evolution without the engagement. First, the relationship introduced a generation of ideas in the freedom of enterprise (McKay et al., 475). Although people may have freedom of access to the new world, ties protect them from going overboard to the level of losing themselves to the factors meant to benefit them. One wonders why a population involving adults has to get protected. The new world came with the engagement of new things as well, both negative and positive. In this case, dealing with the consequences of falling victim to the negative stuff can indulge in a more stringent process than preventing the situation. The community ties protected Glückel and her family from such risks, making the interaction in the new world better and interesting.
