The industrial revolution was a period of transition in the technological, cultural and social economic conditions that occurred in some of the western countries during the eighteenth century and early nineteenth century. During the ancient or medieval times, people used hand labor which took them a lot of time. The transition led to the invention of locomotives, steam engines and power-driven machines in production. The industrial revolution began in Britain with most of the technological innovations in British.
