How Did the Wealth and Power of China Influence the Development of Other Societies in Asia?
Currently, China is considered to be one of the strongest economies in the world. The strong economy can be traced back to ancient times when the nation's political dynasties helped in its development. Through the accumulated wealth and political power of China, the nation had a lot of influence on other Asian countries since it influenced trade policies. It is through such trade policies that china was able to participate in trade activities with other Asian nations, thus enhancing their economic growth. Therefore, the wealth and power of china played a substantial role in developing other societies in Asia.
During the Tang dynasty and the Song dynasty, the Chinese civilization became more powerful and dynamic compared to most Asian countries. As a result, most Asian nations considered it as a role model and ended up copying the Chinese strategies of doing business and ruling. The dynasties played an important role in the growth of most prominent areas in Asia by destroying regional opposition. For instance, the Qin dynasty determined most Chinese civilization aspects, such as how China interacted with neighboring dynasties. The Tang dynasty was able to conquer Korea and implement their leadership policies (Ivashko et al.). However, ruling Korea turned out to be a challenging task since most of the Korean’s resisted the Chinese policies.
