Declaration of Independence in America in 1776 meant that the country had freed its thirteen colonies from the British Empire. The document of the Declaration of Independence holds the patriotic commitment to protecting the democracy of the United States. Furthermore, the document is the root of the democracy that is enjoyed in the United States today. The citizens of the United States of America live up to the promise of Declaration. The documents remind the US citizens of the importance of patriotism and the struggle of our founding fathers to achieve modern democracy. The purpose of this assignment is to discuss whether the early republic of America was prosperous in experimenting with democracy.
