(Need an intro) Some people can "see" the past and future; they see into a dimension where time exists simultaneously?
Some people have the ability to see through the surface of our world into the truth of reality. To do that, for example, let's say a fortuneteller tells me I would have some trouble getting my cat to board the aeroplane during my trip next week, there must be something they "see" (not necessarily see with their physical eyes) that tells them this information, about what could happen. On the other hand, the teller does not see anything but the tools show them the information. In tarot readings, every card has its own meaning. As a learner of tarot cards, I do not get any images or feelings when I read, but the cards got pulled always have some kind of explanation or description of the things the querent asks. Why do they (either it's a person who actually "sees" or a divination tool) have the ability to show this kind of information? Where did the information come from? Not everyone sees this kind of fortune-telling thing on an everyday basis; there must be a place for the information of our physical space-time to exist.
Like an open-world video game, our physical space-time could be the game itself, and we could do whatever we want (within the rules of the world), our actions are not set by a script or a storyline; the information that could be accessed (the past and the future, and other personal life even.etc.), are the programs and codes of the game where only those who have the ability could access. When you access the code, you have all the information at once; for example, you would know what this character did a year ago, what they are doing right now, what they would be doing next year.
In a game code, you can access any information of anything at any time in their world. I wonder if our world's underlying domain works the same, where time is not a linear path, where past, present, and future exist simultaneously, so you get to see past the rules of space and time. Like the movie "Interstellar", where the astronauts were trapped in a dimension where past, present, and future exist all at once. So does the fourth dimension of simultaneous time exist in this reality past our day-to-day three dimensional plain? That we humans just have not found a way to enter this four-dimensional world? This could explain why some people are able to see into the past or future -- because they gained temporary access to the fourth dimension.
This is not necessarily the Metaphysical Hypothesis but rather resembles more to the Computational Hypothesis. It does not imply the existence of a creator existing beyond our physical space-time. Still, it implies an underlying domain or dimension coexisting with our physical space-time where it gives information of the possibilities of past and future to those who can access it. The "underlying domain" could not necessarily be a computer program but something unknown and indescribable to our human brain because it is something we have not have the ability to discover and prove yet.
