I would like to that my colleagues and support staff for the generous assistance they extended to me during this phase of my career. Special thanks go to the IT department head and my mentor for their personalized instructions, guidance, and recommendations that enabled me to complete this program successfully. 1.     Introduction At KSAU-HS, I received an opportunity to work as an administrative assistant at the College of Dentistry under the dean’s office and training with the IT department. This position is critical in the department because it significantly determines the seamless flow of information and systemic alignment of operations in the department. As a result, during the induction, my mentor emphasized the importance of remaining meticulous and always seeking clarifications and assistance whenever I encountered a barrier. The administrative assistant’s functions and duties comprised routine clerical tasks, including calendar and schedule management, document preparations, disseminating alerts through emails and phone calls, planning meetings, report preparations, and maintaining the electronic database, among many other duties. These exposures directly relate to learnings in my business studies majoring in management, which enabled me to gain hands-on skills and become a productive professional in work settings. This training is also consistent with my interest in gradually growing in the corporate sector. This report presents different information about my training experience. It explores the training company, KSAU-HS, by highlighting its operations and departments. It also delves into the training work I encountered and describes the associated projects, my involvement, and their relation to the university courses covered. Finally, the report will assess the program’s capacity to meet training objectives and accompany them with recommendations. Thus, this report investigates the training experiences a management learner gains while engaging in a real-life job and conducting day-to-day activities and their sufficiency in transitioning such individuals into their future careers. 2.     Information About the Training Company KSAU-HS is a Saudi Arabian university that specializes in health sciences studies. It is located in three regions, Jeddah, Riyadh, and Al-Ahsa, with 14 colleges, including the College of Dentistry, where I qualified for this training program. The institution has earned nationwide recognition for its performance on diverse fronts, including academic and corporate facets (College of Dentistry n.d.).
