Work Motivation
Due to the fact that Wal-mart is a multi-national corporation, it employs people from different cultures. As an effect, every employee has different motivations for working, and there is no way such motivations can be far much different from one another. for instance, though the reason for working are unique for every individual, but employees work because everybody obtain something that he or she wants from work, wont you? As a result, things that individuals obtain from their work, ends up impacting his or her morale, motivation as well as quality of live lived by the individual.
