Over the years, different parts of the world have held different events with varying meanings. This trend has caused most people to start having a debate regarding these events. Even though there are many events worldwide, one of the most popular events is Notting Hill Carnival, which has been occurring in London since the mid-1960s. Some people highlight that the following event should be stopped since they are causing more harm than good in London and England. On the other hand, some individuals underline that the following circumstances should continue to be embraced since they have a net positive impact on the society they are in. This instance has caused the need to check the effects of checking the result, which is Notting Hill Carnival.
For instance, the Notting Hill Carnival has a positive social impact on society. For example, the following even acts as a tourist attraction. For example, the next event has attracted various tourists within the country and from the rest [parts of the world. The research shows that this event usually attracts approximately 1.5 million tourists. This process helps improve the welfare of the individuals living within the following areas from the money they earn from interacting with the following tourists.
On the other hand, Notting Hill Carnival has a cultural impact on society. For instance, there was an instance where the following event was used as a weapon to target the Black community while tarnishing its Afro-Caribbean culture. However, despite having a negative background, it became one of the most outstanding British icons. For instance, it is currently honoring multiculturalism (Team, 2022). For example, this event successfully unites diverse identities existing within London and U.K.

For instance, there are instances where individuals have used this event to protest different instances of injustices occurring in the country. For example, over the years, this event has been used to protest for black rights since most migrants’ homes were having local racial unrest (Fader, 2019). This force grew at a high rate in the 1960s; during this time, it was only a counterculture. However, over the years, this protest has become one of the greatest and most heavily policed street parties globally. This growth has been interesting since the government made all the forts to control its growth. These protests have attained some results because, since their inception, it has caused varying liberation to individuals that were being oppressed over the years.
