As an employee at HOYTS, one clear thing is that the organization has values it highly upholds. However, one issue that other organizations are embracing and HOYTS continues to remain silent about is its view on its commitment to sustainability. Companies need to ensure that they integrate sustainable development goals with various strategies and values of the organization (Scheyvens, R., 2016, 373). Through such integration, the economy of the future is secured, and, at the same time, businesses grow as it continues to eradicate poverty. Therefore, the memorandum depicts various values HOYTS can adopt to ensure sustainability.
To begin with, HOYTS should encourage recycling and reusing policies in the organization. There is a lot of single-use plastic at HOYTS, indicating that many non-decomposable items are dumped on land. As a way of ensuring sustainability, organizations are encouraged to formulate and embrace policies that ensure that their employees use items that can be reused instead of single-use plastic (Schramade, W., 2017, 19). Although the change may seem minute, the impact, in the long run, is vast as it aids in creating a better reputation for the organization while at the same time protecting the environment.
 
Secondly, HOYTS should promote a policy that encourages long-term value for the organization and the society they serve. There are no recycling facilities at HOYTS, only regular bins, indicating that waste is dumped without being recycled or reused, which is not environmentally unfriendly. Through a recycling facility, items that can be recycled will be recycled, which will aid in reducing waste and protecting the natural ecosystem (Ikram, M.2021, 333). Additionally, through HOYTS's adopting a policy of ensuring that they recycle various products, HOYT will also create employment for other individuals, hence producing an economic benefit 
Additionally, sustainability also entails ensuring that poverty is eliminated, and this is something HOYTS aims to adopt.
