Across all industries, organizations encounter conflicts. Such conflicts are referred to as inter-organizational conflicts. Conflicts are common; after all, organizations compete with each other for customers, employees, collaborate with each other on projects and engage in a variety of negotiations. In the information technology industries, conflicts often occur, especially when these organizations collaborate to complete projects. In most cases, organizations in the industry deal in either software or hardware applications; hence, occasionally, they will have to work together.
