The sections of constitutions that I will bases on are; freedom of religion, freedom of expression, press as well as assembly. These sections are found in the First Amendment. It is noted that the First Amendment to the US constitution is a section of the Bill of Rights and tends to secure main Americans' civil liberties. In addition, the First Amendment secures American Rights to freedom of speech, press, and assembly. The amendment attempts to limit the making of any law entailing to starting of federal or state religion.
In the US. Freedom to religion is an assured right as per the constitution and is laid out within the Bill of Rights. As per the First Amendment, the congress is expected to make no law respecting a start if religion or even limiting the free practice thereof. The freedom of religion within the state entails two sections which are based on the establishment of a state religion and the right of every citizen to exercise their religion. On top of the rights determination under the starting clause, the free exercise clause of the First Amendment secures citizens' rights to exercise religion. The same clause that hinders states that Congress is not able to prohibit the free exercise of religious exercise. Therefore, when it comes to incorporating the First Amendment with this clause, states are expected to assure freedom of religion within the same freedom of religion started in their constitution despite the real lawful outcomes of the right differ based on historical and cultural essences (Lakier, 2018).
