Identifying employees who best fit in a company’s culture is important to promote individual and professional development. To develop each individual’s potential, it is necessary to learn how to improve my professional relationships, learn to handle conflicts and manage change. Coaching improves skills development, and when there is focus on self-discovery I would use emotional intelligence more often when coaching others. Self-knowledge and discovery allows you to recognize and evaluate the results obtained, considering their personal life, experiences and environment (Rizzolo, 2016).
