Poor leadership has been linked to the emerging issues of college admission board high ethnicity that consider the admission of students based on their racial groups. College admission is no longer based on merits but also race and ethnicity counts when the admission board leaders are selecting. Rational persuasion would work in influencing the admission board to admit students from diverse ethnic and racial groups. Jiang & Luo (2019) links rational persuasion with the use of data, facts and logical arguments to convince others why your perception as a leader is the best alternative. During the process of rational persuasion, the leader is obliged to give the teammates a good reason as to why they should buy the idea.
Leadership style of the leader
