1) I would begin to search for my practicum site as soon as I am informed that a practicum is necessary for my course. More so, when the date and the month are specified because these are some of the important details one ought to know before starting the search. Employers will ask when you want to begin the practicum, what it entails and further details. Therefore, when I have full information about the practicum, then I would start off (Williams, 2008).
I would make the search for the practicum site extensive so as to diversify my options. My interest is to work with non-governmental organizations. Therefore, I would check the websites of different NGOs to determine that which offers areas that I am passionate about. Also, I would involve friends and relatives that are already working to assist me in the search.
