Euthanasia is a deliberate assistance to a sick person to die. It is a common practice to those who are critically ill. It can be voluntary or a decision by a doctor or the health officials in charge. Some people support it while others have criticisms over ethical grounds (BBC, 2014). An interview with the hospital administrator, spiritual leaders, a healthcare colleague and a friend presented diverse views about the practice. Here are their responses about the topic.
For the hospital administrator, he seemed not to be troubled by the question. He believes that the practice is in the interest of the patient.
