Socialization is learning to stay in unison with others, adapting to their cultures, and participating in what they do. During this period, an individual borrows skills, and learn to understand what other people do to make themselves better. By acquiring some cultures, people learn to develop themselves and adopt the same to their benefits. According to Bales and Parsons (2014), a lot is involved in socialization, like the process, the institution, the concepts learned, and the time taken. These vary depending on an individual’s ability to adapt and learn new concepts of life.
