Dana is of the view that morale can greatly impact the life of a person. This is because people work in a better way when they get to know that they are being supported (Hladio, 2010). Individuals who share the same beliefs, ideas and values are likely to create a positive working environment. When they have different viewpoints, a space of negativity and tension is created in the workplace.
According to Tiffany, good morale is what guarantees the success of an organization. Bad morale, on the other hand, can lead the organization to bear extra expenses such as employee turnover (One Foundation). A significant drop in production may also occur. So, it is integral to know the factors that can affect the morale of a company. Employees should be encouraged to practice the values and opt for the methods that are meant to benefit the company.
