The purpose of this coaching plan is to help a client solve his communication problems (Kersner, 2015). Mr. X came to me the previous week and told that he was having problems speaking with other people. He is a shy person and does not like sharing his ideas or talking to others openly. What he can do is speaking with his own family members and friends. Mr. X has a limited number of friends; he visited my clinic to get help with improving his communication skills. At first, he could not explain things to be properly, but when I took him into confidence that I would be of great help, he started telling me that he was born to a poor couple and is the only child. His parents grew him up with love and care, but they did not let him go outside to play with other kids. It led Mr. X to live his life in isolation, and this is the reason why he is having problems speaking.
Boundaries Set with the Client
I would like Mr. X to visit my clinic once a day and spend two to three hours with me so that I can assist him in the best possible ways (Kersner, 2015). This coaching plan aims at helping him boost his confidence and improve the way he exchanges ideas or shares information with people around him. There will be 20 sessions (Monday to Friday), and I hope that it won’t take us more than a month to sort out everything. This means Mr. X will have to spend some hours with me in the clinic for the next four weeks. I would like him to try communicating with his neighbors regularly as this will help him improve his communication skills to a great extent.
A Timeline for Goal Completion
As already said, the coaching plan will be completed in almost a month. Its success depends on how cooperative the client is. If Mr. X refuses to visit the clinic on some days or skips a couple of sessions, then the time can be extended to two months or more. Inside the clinic, I will provide him therapies and will encourage the client to give presentations on his favorite topics. I will give him marks according to his confidence level and the way he speaks. I will also take his facial expressions into account as I want my client to become more presentable and confident than ever.

Outside the session, the client will have to make phone calls to his friends and speak to the neighbors on a regular bas...
