Which decision-making model did you choose, “Pros and Cons” or “Visualization? “Why? How would you describe your decision-making style? Is in cognitive, intuitive, or a combination of both?
I used both decision-making models.
Pros and cons decision-making model is often considered practical and logical as opposed to the visualization model and hence my reason to use it. By using it, I was able to articulately and appropriately weigh all my options while also looking into the merits and demerits of them. The pros and cons model allows one to factor in all the consequences by making it possible for one to consider the lasting implications and views of the different stakeholders. It is fair to say that even though the final decision was individually made, this model reminds one of the values of such things like family and friendship.
Visualization is never considered practical because less amount of data, if any, is used, unlike the pros and cons model....
