Your response to the question gives a personified approach, then an example with the client. I am impressed at the ideas shared and how they will impact the client’s learning and relationship with the coach. You also give details of what you would prefer to apply in your daily training work or coaching. I need to know how these would work with different clients. Maybe, some clients have different ways of understanding the coaching lessons, meaning they could be differently assisted (Madanes, Y., Madanes, C., & Madanes, R., 2012). On the explanation about your preferences, you highlight that the case does not apply leaves a small gap. Doing something over gain may take much time. How do you ensure time is saved, and you move with everything? I guess there could be many times that you repeat, then move forward.
