Christianity, Islam, Buddhism, and Judaism religious traditions present specific service and leadership concepts. All the religious traditions with particular populations embracing them have distinctive features characterizing them. However, the spiritual-based traditions have shared traits. For example, all these religious traditions encompass groups of practices and institutions utilized to define typical types of religiosity. They individually provide extensive acknowledgments of the supernatural generated in communities and allow groups and individuals to practice them. For example, God is the supernatural being amongst the Christians, and they believe Jesus Christ, God’s beloved son, came to save them from their sins (Bekker, 2010).
