Reflecting on my experience of ethical decision-making as a team, I learned the importance of collaboration and communication. As a team, we used Little's Johari Window to help us understand one another better and identify blind spots in our conveyance. This enabled us to find common ground and be more effective in our decision-making. Additionally, we could use Tuckman's Team Development Model to help us build trust and understanding in the group, which allowed us to work together to come to a consensus on the ethical decision. Finally, the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument helped us identify our individual preferences for responding to conflict and provided us with strategies for working through disagreements.

By understanding how to communicate effectively with my team members and using the Johari window to open up communication, I am better equipped to make moral decisions. Additionally, I now understand the importance of open communication in the team decision-making process and the value of considering all perspectives when making ethical decisions (O'Neill, 2020).
Working through ethical decision-making as a team was a valuable experience in understanding not only the different perspectives of each team member but also in learning to be patient and understanding of one another. We began by forming a cohesive team, which was the first step in Tuckman's Team Development Model. This allowed us to get to know each other and build trust within the team. The second step was establishing norms, which we did by setting up ground rules for our discussions and determining how we would address any ethical dilemmas that arose. We also agreed to be respectful and open-minded to all perspectives and seek ways to support one another's points of...
