Goods and services are satisfiers made to meet human needs, and goods may require production or manufacturing. A service is intangible, and since service intangible is transferred, it is the benefits or results of the received service. Suppose customers or clients and even patients are satisfied or dissatisfied with the services based on whether customer needs and expectations are met. A good has a material or is tangible such that people can see and touch and see the good’s characteristics and material attributes. However, there is a tendency for customer participation when there is service provision, where service providers are seeking customer satisfaction. It is more challenging to homogenize services, and there are various distinctive features.
