You will have to watch a documentary that is available on Netflix, the name of the documentary is: Trump an American dream (Season 1, Episode 4)

In 800- 1000 words answer the following questions while describing in detail the concept of narcissism and its relation to behaviors and attitudes.  Use examples and Chapters 2 and 4 to further help your analysis of this documentary. Explain your reasons in detail and make connections as well as smart references from both the book and documentary.

Narcissism is a term used to describe an individual’s obsession with themselves, especially with their image. Narcissists can be placed in the same group as other odd members of society. The only difference between narcissists and the other odd persons is that narcissists are often sharp, shrewd, and charming, and, therefore, hard to corner. Even before becoming president, Donald Trump was a household name in America and the rest of the world. Trump’s ability to self-aggrandize himself coupled with his uncaring attitude would propel him to the most powerful position in the world. The man Americans who have supported him in his short political career have chosen to ignore his personal reputation in favor of his familiarity to them. Yet, this has not deterred plenty of filmmakers, novelists, and other artists from painting the true picture of Trump.
In Trump: An American Dream, the viewer gets an exclusive look at the makings of the 45th President of the United States. In episode four, Trump is at his peak. He has achieved what many people in the world never expected him to (Glover & Raphael, 2017). To many Americans and other people worldwide, Trump’s win was a reflection of the delicate nature of today’s U.S. politics. However, his win also brought to the fore the issue of Trump’s values or lack thereof. After his emergence in the business stage, Trump was merely another successful young entrepreneur (Glover & Raphael, 2017). However, as evidence began leaking of his incompetence and irresponsibility, it was clear that he was not as astute and wise as he always claimed. Trump’s failure to take responsibility for his actions would only serve to accentuate his sociopathic persona.
During his years as a ‘businessman,’ many aspiring entrepreneurs, contractors, and other tradesmen suffered due to Trump’s irresponsibility and total disregard for societal decorum. However, when Trump announced his bid for presidency, it was clear that many more people would suffer for his narcissism. This time, Americans would be the victims of his con, and the world’s most powerful nation would become a laughing stock.
