One of the many ways data helps me make decisions at home or school is through a health application on my phone. The application has been designed to collect and store personal health data and vitals such as blood pressure, body temperature, blood oxygen saturation, weight, daily physical activity span, and blood sugar. While I have to fill in the information myself, the app has allowed me to use collected data to monitor my health and physiological signs every week continuously.
