Define one (1) task associated with one (1) responsibility of each employee at Tim’s Coffee Shoppe.
Define at least three of Tim’s tasks and three of Tim’s responsibilities as store manager.

Rosa Abreu is a part-time barista who can perform the task counting recipes. Therefore, she has the responsibility of ensuring that all receipts match up with the sales. The second employee is Koyo Matsui. He is a part-time barista who can handle the task of beverage making expertly, because of his long-time experience working in another coffee shop. During Koyo's shifts in the kitchen, I noted that many customers left great comments compared to the current full-time beverage makers. Despite his occasional absenteeism, Koyo will take the responsibility of preparing quality beverages for the customers because he is also fast at executing his tasks. Eugene Clemons is a full-time employee at the shop which should be assigned the task of taking orders from customers. He enjoys a good rapport with almost every customer because of his impressive customer relations skills (Arroyo, 2020). Since he is easily likable, he will take the responsibilities of listening to customers' requests alongside delivering their orders to the serving counter.
Another employee working on a full-time basis is Michelle Hughes. She will be assigned the task of servicing customers with drinks. Recently, many customers have highly praised her for her good customer service. Therefore, her responsibilities will be interacting with the customers. At the same time, she cleans the coffee tables and stocks them to help make the service to the customer quick since all the needed items are already on the table, except for the customer's ordered drink. In the case of Julio Rodriguez, he should be assigned the tasks of taking orders and delivering them to the service counter as a way of helping Eugene Clemons because he is not reliable due to his frequent absenteeism and lateness to work. While Eugene is busy, Rodriguez will take the responsibilities of helping him take orders while ensuring that the counter and the coffee tables are clean. He can also stay at the entrance of the coffee shop and welcome customers.
