Today, organizations use the Product-process matrix to determine the best type of production. The Product-process matrix has positive implications on the competition situation because this methodology assists organizations to decide on the most efficient and effective method of production that can be used in a competitive situation. The method of production is based on the number of goods that are supposed to be produced in a certain situation and the probable changes that can be made on the goods and the production process.
