Essay Instructions:

This is a piece of writing with many pre-steps. I have completed the proposal, Annotated Bibliography and outline before this. But the feedback is that 6 out of 8 resources are unqualified and need to be searched again, which means that you need to find 6 resources again. At the same time, the number of words is 1000, so please do not exceed 1100 at most, because exceeding or below 10% will be penalized. In addition, please start writing after reading my outline. Because my outline is beside the point, when you write, be sure to look for and write about organizational behavior. In other words, my outline is wrong. Please rewrite some parts. Also, I have two resources that are correct, please include them and use them as examples to find 6 more. My error resource is no longer used. I will attach the feedback from the teacher. And the requirements of various pre - operation. So that you can understand this last assignment better.
The most important thing is to find the right six resources. Because my teachers have been emphasizing not peer-reviewed. That means I only have two resources of peer-reviewed type.

A significant part of the population lives on deficits and multiple overdrafts because of their high student loans. These individuals don't get sufficient resources to cater for their needs and also pay for the debts incurred in school (Nica, & Mirică, 2017). After they transition into their careers, many of them end up conflicted and psychologically affected by the thought of having to pay their student loans. This paper thus discusses the negative impacts of student loans on the organizational behavior of the individuals at their various places of work, and the possible solutions towards improvement of the situation affecting a significant number of graduates.
The effects of student debts impact leadership patterns negatively. The current generation of young adults has proven to be highly irresponsible in their management of finance and the issue could also be reflected in all the other aspects surrounding their lives (Bamforth, & Geursen, 2017). The idea of squandering the available resources portrays a weak generation of individuals who cannot have the capability of managing sufficient resources for an entire community. Student loans have affected management approaches resulting in the loss of leadership skills in society.
Most employees end up having more needs than their financial resources due to the restriction posed by the economic circumstance of high student debt. Such individuals experience scarcity since they cannot even fulfill their basic needs (Meuris & Leana, 2015). Various organizations have a significant challenge of dealing with such employees because their output is bound to get affected by their problems. People going through hardships cannot give the desired or rather the best output in work since they had their attention distracted by the financial issues they go through (Meuris & Leana, 2015). For instance, some employees may even question the importance of the job if the income cannot give them excellent standards of living.
