Luxottica Inc. is a Franco-Italian eye-glass manufacturing giant. Luxottica executes its business-level strategy through partnerships, franchising and affiliate networks. Through partnerships, the company has a global presence through its vast network of subsidiaries and licensed distributors. The business-to-business partnership provides the firm access to a wider market. Through functional-level strategies, Luxottica integrates innovation into its production processes.
