The management of organizational operations requires leaders who commit to maintain integrity in their duty. This aspect is reflected in the scriptural book of Proverbs 11:4, which translates the commitment of leaders into a strong foundation of faith that is guided by spiritual assistance (Nelson, 1982). In this regard, the scripture simply suggests that whenever any action is not guided, there is a high likelihood for the entire plan to fail. It is for this reason that any plans that have been put in place can be accomplished successfully with the help of an adviser. Based on this perspective, the process of decision-making in any organization also requires to have a basis upon which all plans and actions are taken (Senior et al, 2002 p98). For instance, administrative measures or decision-making activities require the additional wisdom of many advisers, who build the foundation for its prosperity.
Another important aspect of the operational management within an organization involves a similar perspective of commitment. Basically, the scripture in Proverbs 16: 3 suggests that one has to commit to their work while maintaining their spiritual faith. This implies that whenever there is need to make a decision or plan an operation, the leadership process requires the additional counsel of their spiritual being (Senior et al, 2002 p99). In this state, there is a high likelihood of having successful outcomes in the operational and decision-making activities within an organization.
