The production of this leather belts requires some raw materials like cotton which is likely gotten from African countries which grow it in large scale. The cotton is used to make a soft lining that will be put on the inner side of the belt to avoid easy worn out. Nike Company prefers to use either camel or cow skin in the making of the belts because the two kinds of skins are easy to sow and they are durable. Most of the skins come from different slaughterhouses; however, the organization imports the skins from Africa.
The production of these belts requires a good designer who is responsible for the appearance of the belts. These people are tasked with the role of ensuring that the belts fit the required standards for the customers. The designers check the particular market that is most satisfied with the belts to make sure that enough of them have been made and according to their preferences.
At this stage, it is critical to state that, even though Nike is responsible for the production of the belts, this exercise does not fall only on Nike. There is a chain of global supplies and other associations that make this process a success. For instance, there is the importation of cotton and skin from different parts of the world. Thus, the existence of organizations is also determined by various global and external factors which if not well taken care of can result in the collapse of the organization.
