Disaster recovery plans are core for every successful Organization around the world today. They are policies, processes, and procedures meant to ensure continuity of the Organization in the event a problem occurs (Fujimoto, et al., 2019)
Process Enneagram is one of the identified tools/plans used by Organizations in disaster recovery situations. This tool gives the management a clear understanding of the Organisational structure, culture, and capacity of each employee.
