The process for requesting and approving changes begins with the issuance of the change request. When the owner requests a modification, the requested change is defined, and the reasons behind the changes are documented. The request is directed to the project manager in charge of initiating the change approval process. Additionally, there is technical analysis to determine whether the modification affects the project's viability. If a change is not technically feasible, it will be ruled out at this point. To proceed with the change's approval, it is necessary to quantify the effect that it will have on the project, including the cost and resources (Halou, Samin & Ahmad, 2019). The project manager oversees the project, and the project team carries out the project changes. Construction invoices including are provided based on progress and whether the work is completed.
