What have you seen so far?
I have recently finished reason one of 30Rock and discovered various theories explored in the series. One theory that stands out is the theme of order versus chaos. The directors in the movies carefully portray the relationship between the two through their characters. For example, Jack and Liz depict the theme of order where they have a point of view of top-down control where Jack is completely effective; however, Liz struggles to be at it. On the other hand, Tracy and Jenna depict the chaos in the film as Jenna intentionally fills out the dichotomy while Tracy does so unintentionally.
Additionally, the show experiences various instances of miscommunication portrayed in the characters (Aboramadan et al., 2019). For instance, Jack often disregards Liz when she wants to discuss something with him, such as her finances. Moreover, he continuously values his topic when talking to Liz more than hers.
Who are the employees, staff, etc., that are contributing to the organization? Who is a liability?
The show's employees and staff are the network actors who contribute in their various capacities to achieve the objectives. Examples of the staff include Liz, Floyd, and Jack, among other actors who complement the main characters. Everyone does their job; however, Tracy is seen as a liability in the show as she gives Liz a hard time dealing with her (Assens-Serra et al., 2021). Tracy starts being overweight in her work on Broadway during the summer. She, however, goes ahead, causing drama throughout the season after losing her fat by giving unsolicited advice to others. She starts acting like a celebrity by meeting high-profile people and partying. Her thoughts are often illogical, and she starts appearing irrational.
