Lee provides keynote speeches and seminars on leadership and management. He has published some books like 10 Common Sense Leadership Strategies from a Life at Disney among others. Lee has managed thousands of companies like Disney (Nooe, 2018). When people want to get advice on leadership, hiring employees, and management, the best person to consult is Lee Cockerell. According to Lee, employees should be accountable for their actions in an organization. Lee believes that if employees are motivated to contemplate good ways of performing their duties, the organization is productive. An example of a change that I would like to bring in the organization is change in the hiring and promoting process of employees. I would like to set standards for every employee in the organization. I will come up with new strategies for hiring employees to ensure that some ethnic groups are not discriminated during employment.
