Information Technology, IT, has been widely used in various businesses to improve the general business operations that are aimed at achieving the ultimate goals of the particular business company. The most vital aspect of the IT, which is commonly used in major businesses, is the macro-processes, which include Suppler Relationship Management, SRM, Customer Relationship Management, CRM, and Internal Supply Chain Management, ISCM (De Barros, Ishikiriyama, Peres, & Gomes, 2015, p.700).
