I am an auditory learner. I learn through hearing and listening. I understand processes and remember information that I have heard easily. I quickly understand spoken instructions; therefore, I prefer reading out loud information to store it in my memory. After taking an online test for self-assessment in learning, I noted that I am an auditory learner because I prefer oral directions, attend lectures, ask and answer questions and engage in discussions with friends. Therefore, I agree with the results from the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator that I am confident in handling discussions as a way of helping increase the information that I acquire.
