Leadership honors decision-making for a specific group or organization, which implies that leadership is a big responsibility that shoulders not only one life but many. It is not limited only to the various techniques available at present, as it also considers the categorical values of an individual. This is because leadership is directly proportional to the overall performance of the organization. Although the research could only be delivered within a single organization, leading to the possibility that the result could not affect other parties, it was still a fruitful study that birthed wonderful results. Such results imply that actions of respect and dignity should be abundant within the working environment and should be headed by the leader itself. Also, with effective leadership and communication, organizational performance would surely increase (Meraku, 2017).
