Introduction to Agile Process
The agile process is a detailed framework of a cohesive project management method during its entire lifecycle. It represents a new approach to planning and managing projects. It is designed to accommodate practices from traditional methods integrated with modern requirements within the project’s scope (Rossberg, 2016). It is meant to manage the entire project’s lifecycle, improving the team’s coherence, project flow, and product development. The agile process has five major phases of framework that have definite goals for quality product development.

The first is the concept initialization phase or project planning phase. The product owner is required to shape the scope of the project. In the case of multiple tasks, the product owner prioritizes in order of urgency. The product owner outlines the requirements detailing the scope of work and what is required.
Key Roles: The product owner should provide an outline and requirements for the project and estimate the cost and the timelines for the product development.
Phase 2

Once a group is created, the product owner must provide the necessary instruments and assets to start working on the project’s plan cycle (Wrike .inc, 2022). The team will then create a mock-up of charts detailing the project’s workflow and interact with stakeholders to get their input and ideas.
