Dear Manager,
With increasing resistance from employees and pressure from the management, I have decided to give some recommendations regarding how to solve the problem of the Devil’s Den. First of all, it would be great to pursue and maintain a proactive strategy encompassing a couple of elements such as identifying the actual problem and making appropriate shifts as soon as possible. Secondly, the management system seems to be ineffective and I think that the work environment is unprofessional, with many inexperienced people being hired at the Devil’s Den.
