The effectiveness of the leader always reflected on the teamwork. However, it is challenging to develop teams. Team Formation is the challenging task for the leader due to changing psychologies of individuals in the workplace. Leaders focused on the team formation model of Bruce Tuckman that comprised of five stages forming, storming, norming, performing and adjourning. As per the research of Zeiler (2018), it is determined that at the forming stage, individual are positive to works but are not clear about their responsibilities. On the other side, at the storming stage, people faced serious conflicts in the team because of different expertise and skills. Additionally, in the norming stage, the leader promotes communication among team member for resolving the differences, and he/she encourages them through which they are more committed towards assigned roles. After that, in the performing stage, team members are performing well to attain the team's goal.
