FINANCE AND BUDGETING1. The intent of the SLP is for you to transform the theoretical and generalaspects as covered and based in each module’s case paper, to a “Boardmeeting” presentation.
2. The SLP (like the cases) is a cumulative project that will demonstrate theculmination of your understanding and your ability to identify the key points ofyour case work, and transform them into relevant slides utilizing MicrosoftPowerPoint software (PPT).
3. Remember that the presentation will be submitted to the “MHA599Consulting Team” (MHA599CT) board of directors at their bi-weekly boardmeeting, so presentation needs to be directed to this executive audience.
4. I am confident that you will enjoy developing this project, and hone yourbusiness presentation skills in the process.
Guidelines for Effective PowerPoint Presentations
1. Do not attempt to dazzle your audience with psychedelic visual effects, multicolors, and eye-boggling animations.
2. Do not just copy and paste your case text into the slides.
3. Focus on the content and what message you want to get across to the board.
4. Think Audience - Ensure that all slides are viewable (i.e., relevant text inviewable font size.)
5. “one picture is worth a thousand words” – include graphs, diagrams, etc., asappropriate.
6. Do not use all caps except for titles.
7. Keep the background consistent and subtle.

It is suggested that the Golden Age Hospital should be built in Mission Veijo Hospital to take care of the elderly population. Aging has been determined as a critical risk factor for different common diseases; this means that older adults are more likely to be affected by a wide range of conditions (Swenson, Bastian, & Nembhard, 2018). The increasing number of elderly individuals necessitates changing healthcare policies and practices to meet their needs. Besides, hospitals are required to set more resources so that they can meet the healthcare needs of the seniors. There are various medical conditions that are likely to affect seniors; these include chronic conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and cancer (Jaul & Barron, 2017). Also, the elderly population is likely to develop cognitive health problems, as well as physical injuries.
Medical institutions for seniors
There are several medical institutions that can take care of elderly patients; these include the assisted facilities where they are provided with daily personal care. Also, nursing homes create an environment where the seniors can stay under the watch of trained professionals, and they can socialize with other seniors. The adult daycare centers create an environment where the clients can take part in planned group activities.
