Because of the ease of use of the platform, the platform continues to grow rapidly, with every country having users globally. Since the platform affects millions of people worldwide, it is not exempted from organizational pressures that companies face. The social media platform's diverse nature has enabled it to have interactional and interrelation functions in different industries, including communication and marketing.

The extensive number of Facebook users makes the platform an important marketing tool because of its reach and penetration globally.
